Produced at Banfi Piemonte’s historical 19th Century Sparkling Wine Cellars, formerly known as Bruzzone, Banfi Brut is expressly linked to the terroir and cellars dedicated to the production of Metodo Classico, where wine fermenting in the bottle rest on traditional, centuries-old pupitres.
